"Amazing time!"

Check in was easy. The rooms were clean and amazing. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious everyone was so friendly! The pools were great! The waterpark was fun!
Tip: The restaurant in the hotel only takes cash so bring cash! Some of the guests children were too rowdy. The life guards had to constantly get onto them so parents teach your kids how to behave in public please. My poor daughter almost got knocked over or splashed so many times.

"Enjoyed it"
June, 2016
The rooms were alot nicer than expected and the Waterpark was a lot of fun. The outside part was closed but that part is a small area compared to the inside park. We had a lot of fun and are planning to come back soon!
Tip: It's important to know that you can play at the Waterpark before check-in the day of and after you checkout.

"It made me rate 1 star but I give it a negative 5 star.."

The worst vacation I've ever been on, not only was my wallet stolen with in 10 minutes of walking in to this hotel but only people at at time of theft, was me and desk clerk. Then the remainder of stay we were treated as if we did something wrong. Then charges to my debit card from hotel started popping up. Apparently since 2012 there has been a long line of theft going on.bWe were so disrespected by staff and management.
Tip: Do not stay in this hotel or plan on being stolen from and treated like trash...

"Branson with 4 kids!!!!"
October, 2015
Castle Rock is the place to take your kids if you are staying in Branson!!! The indoor pool was awesome, and the life guards were more than on point with watching each and every inch of the pool and the kids while they played.
Tip: Food at the resturant on property was not the best but you do get a coupon to use, there is not a bar on site for adults but they do have a balcony area where the adults gathered after a full day

We have went here a few times. Kids enjoyed it. There is always one thing in the place that you can not use. But there is alot to do. I do wish there was more food options we would probably stay longer. great time for winter.

"Family Vacation"

My kids enjoyed themselves but the chlorine was very over powering....I did not like the tower restaurant in the hotel. The pizza was overpriced and was not very good. Overall it was a good time for the kids though.
Tip: The chlorine is very strong make plans to eat elsewhere.

"One night stay"
March, 2015
We stayed here for one night. We had reserved 2 rooms and once we arrived we discovered we were actually 2 buildings down from the hotel with the water park. So we had to walk across parking lots to get to the indoor water park. Rooms were average. one room had a fridge and microwave and the other didnt. Inconsistent with their layout. We were told that castle rock had bought out the motel we stayed in. we were able to park right in front of our door. So that was okay. The water park is okay for the kiddos just be ready to inhale a lot of chlorine.
Tip: don't expect to stay at the building with the water park.

"Not impressed..."
March, 2015
We had heard great things about this hotel from friends. But when we arrived we were not impressed at all. We ended up being in an anex room (which is an older hotel that Castle Rock bought and renovated). For $160 per night I expected a nicer room, anex or not. I had to put the AC back together because the casing was falling off. The room would not stay cool unless the ac was on the highest fan speed and coldest air. We had to walk across the parking lot to get to the water park area. Once in the water park, they had a large kiddie pool closed for maintenance so my 4 yr old didn't really have anywhere to swim. Again for the price I was expecting a larger water park. I wasn't expecting something as large as Great Wolf, but somewhere in between maybe. We love going to Great Wold Lodge, and I would much rather go there next time.
Maybe the experience is different if you actually get to stay in the main hotel area... but still in don't think we will return to find out. We'll just go to white water next time we're in Branson (which is about 3 times a year)!

"Disappointing "

We got here Monday and the first thing we noticed was how hot it was in the hallways and elevators. When we got in our room it was just has hot and the A/C was not even turned on. It took all that night for the A/C to cool the room off. Needless to say the first night wasn't the best. Went to the waterpark also the first day and the outside part was shutdown and one of the slides was shutdown for over an hour due to not having a lifeguard. Also there was no clean towels in the pool area but a plenty wet ones. Tuesday morning at 9am room service was knocking at the door while everyone was trying to get dressed and asked if we needed anything. We told them not at the moment thinking surely this isn't the time they come to clean the room!!! Wrong because when we got back at 10pm the room was just as we left it!!! . Wednesday same story as Monday in the waterpark but we did have room service that day. Thursday at 3pm still no room service so the wife called the front desk and no one answered. We walked down there and it had 4 lady just sitting there so we asked if we could at least get the trash emptied and fresh towels. Went to the waterpark and for the first time they had towels for the people to use but ones again one slide was shut down and had a long line at the other slide because of that. Lifeguards was scarce that day they said 2 of them called in sick. We have one more day left here as I right this review and I hope it gets a little better. It has been a huge disappointment from many standpoints. From the waterpark not operating has advertised, housekeeping almost none existent, sweating in the halls and elevators, shower head is leaking where it attaches to wall the list goes on and on. We are down to earth people and easy to please but for the price it cost it is not worth it!!!

The photos are not up to date, the room was circa 1980 and had damp mildest carpet. Only abought half of the items in the water park where available or exist. A don't expect any customer services, they are just useing some old photos to make a quick buck

"Worst place in Branson "

We stayed here and it was such a disappointment. Dirty rooms. Pool towels were scarce. No hot water in the room. We stay in Branson every year along with many other places and this place was absolutely the worst place. We will never stay here again and don't recommend anyone else to.

"A Scam for Money!"

I made a reservation for July 9 on June 5. Canceled via email on June 15. When I woke up this morning I had a charge for $199 for one night's stay. I called and asked why I was charged and their answer? "You should have canceled over the phone. We can't accept email cancellations." This is ridiculous! I will never stay at this sham of a "resort" and will tell everyone to stay away from this place. What a scam!

"Kid fun"

My kids enjoyed the water park and kiddie cove in the room. The water park could use more working heaters. The outside pool that has the volleyball net up was beyond freezing. The wifi only working in the main lobby is kind of a drag. The food at they tower grill was not to appetizing. Overall had a good time.
