Tip: The restaurant in the hotel only takes cash so bring cash! Some of the guests children were too rowdy. The life guards had to constantly get onto them so parents teach your kids how to behave in public please. My poor daughter almost got knocked over or splashed so many times.

The rooms were alot nicer than expected and the Waterpark was a lot of fun. The outside part was closed but that part is a small area compared to the inside park. We had a lot of fun and are planning to come back soon!

"It made me rate 1 star but I give it a negative 5 star.."

The worst vacation I've ever been on, not only was my wallet stolen with in 10 minutes of walking in to this hotel but only people at at time of theft, was me and desk clerk. Then the remainder of stay we were treated as if we did something wrong. Then charges to my debit card from hotel started popping up. Apparently since 2012 there has been a long line of theft going on.bWe were so disrespected by staff and management.

"Branson with 4 kids!!!!"

Castle Rock is the place to take your kids if you are staying in Branson!!! The indoor pool was awesome, and the life guards were more than on point with watching each and every inch of the pool and the kids while they played.

Tip: Food at the resturant on property was not the best but you do get a coupon to use, there is not a bar on site for adults but they do have a balcony area where the adults gathered after a full day

We have went here a few times. Kids enjoyed it. There is always one thing in the place that you can not use. But there is alot to do. I do wish there was more food options we would probably stay longer. great time for winter.

My kids enjoyed themselves but the chlorine was very over powering....I did not like the tower restaurant in the hotel. The pizza was overpriced and was not very good. Overall it was a good time for the kids though.

"One night stay"
March, 2015
We stayed here for one night. We had reserved 2 rooms and once we arrived we discovered we were actually 2 buildings down from the hotel with the water park. So we had to walk across parking lots to get to the indoor water park. Rooms were average. one room had a fridge and microwave and the other didnt. Inconsistent with their layout. We were told that castle rock had bought out the motel we stayed in. we were able to park right in front of our door. So that was okay. The water park is okay for the kiddos just be ready to inhale a lot of chlorine.

The water park is nice. The hotel rooms are good but the front desk staff is terrible, not friendly, not courteous not sure why they are in the hotel industry. We had the pleasure of meeting 2 of them and both just as nasty. Didn't catch their names because they frustrated me so much but good luck

"Very nice hotel"

We arrived at the hotel around 11 am staff was very nice and helpful, we reserved and jacuzzi room and admission to the water park, after checking in, we drove down the hill to the atrium area were our room was, opened the door and got blasted by what smelled like old cigarettes and mold, well we went right back to the front counter and let them know, they gave us a diffrent room, no problem at all, so we switched rooms, 2nd room had no smell, Yay! Unfortunately for me I'm a bigger person and there is no way me and my wife can fit in the jacuzzi tub together. It is what it is, it's very nice just older and out dated. From what I could tell the main hotel and normal rooms are all remodelled and the atrium ones have not been updated yet. But for the price it was still a good deal. So we head to the Waterpark next. I have seen some bad reviews on the Waterpark and never seen it till today, I give it a 4 star rating, it is well maintained and has more than enough room for alot of people without being cramped, there is a lot of small wading pools for smaller kids with slides, adults can have alot of fun on the big Green slide, loved it was fast! And the lazy river was relaxing as well, there was at least 5 life gaurd there at all times. I feel very safe bringing my kids here. Only complaint is have is the upper level were slides and lazy river is located, I would suggest open all the windows, or use less chlorine, the smell is strong and I can taste it in the air, I understand you gotta do it, but recommend better ventilation. All and all a nice hotel for the price and very fun waterpark

I give this place 5 stars! We spent the day at the water park in the two pools and inon the sSlides. They have an on-site restaurant. It is a fantastic deal for just $10 a day. We also stayed in the hotel atrium part. The rooms are clean. Typical hotel rooms nothing fancy about that. But they also have tower rooms adjacent to the waterpark. With interior Corredor’s that lead to the waterpark. This is the best waterpark in Branson. There are two water parks in Branson that I know up. And I have stayed in both. I would highly recommend CastleRock.

"Too much for too little!"

We stayed at this place for one night. We usually choose Grand Country but they were fully booked. We had our three younger grandchildren with us so we liked the idea of the indoor water park and alcove with bunk beds. The pool area was alright. It had so much chlorine that my husband and I were coughing and the kids eyes were horribly blood shot after their play. They did have plenty of help there to watch the different areas of activities. The bunk area is very tight but the kids seemed to like it. The beds, though they state queen, seemed like they are more of a full size. I had to ask for a new pillow case as one had food on it~~I just shut my mind off on wondering if the sheets had been changed at all!! The whole place could have been cleaner. We had the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It was your basic hotel buffet~nothing special but the ladies who worked that area were very nice. I won't say this is the most terrible place we have ever stayed at, but for the price, around $140 for one night, that includes the water park, we won't stay there again.
