Tip: The restaurant in the hotel only takes cash so bring cash! Some of the guests children were too rowdy. The life guards had to constantly get onto them so parents teach your kids how to behave in public please. My poor daughter almost got knocked over or splashed so many times.

The rooms were alot nicer than expected and the Waterpark was a lot of fun. The outside part was closed but that part is a small area compared to the inside park. We had a lot of fun and are planning to come back soon!

"It made me rate 1 star but I give it a negative 5 star.."

The worst vacation I've ever been on, not only was my wallet stolen with in 10 minutes of walking in to this hotel but only people at at time of theft, was me and desk clerk. Then the remainder of stay we were treated as if we did something wrong. Then charges to my debit card from hotel started popping up. Apparently since 2012 there has been a long line of theft going on.bWe were so disrespected by staff and management.

Castle Rock is the place to take your kids if you are staying in Branson!!! The indoor pool was awesome, and the life guards were more than on point with watching each and every inch of the pool and the kids while they played.

We have went here a few times. Kids enjoyed it. There is always one thing in the place that you can not use. But there is alot to do. I do wish there was more food options we would probably stay longer. great time for winter.

My kids enjoyed themselves but the chlorine was very over powering....I did not like the tower restaurant in the hotel. The pizza was overpriced and was not very good. Overall it was a good time for the kids though.

Castle rock is a cool idea. It’s ok but with just few minor changes could be great. The front desk staff was nice. No problems there. King room in the Tower was quite large with a nice set of bunk beds in its own little space/room. The drawback of the room was if that’s a non-smoking room I’d hate to smell a smoking room. The walls and ceilings apparently are paper thin. From the marathon race back and forth in the room above and the tv show blaring from the room behind kind of killed the relaxing before bed time. The “restaurant”...look it’s not disgusting or anything but it is definitely over priced for what you get. I would classify it more of a concession stand than a restaurant. But there is a Pizza Hut directly across the road. But you can’t bring outside food in the water park area. The water park though was pretty cool. We found it to be clean with a good lifeguard staff. The water slides are legit enough for adults. Meaning you can get some good speed. Liked the lazy river. Pretty cool idea. 2 other pools downstairs suited well for toddlers. Did not experience outside pools as they don’t open until Memorial Day. In the end it’s an ok place. Kids love it. Just know it’s not a real high end joint in terms of rooms or food. Location and fun for kids are definitely main pros.

This place is NOT handicap friendly. The building is disconnected from the main building where everything is located so if you're handicapped like me there is NO WAY to walk to the waterpark. Once you get to the waterpark it is also not handicap friendly. There is no place for someone like me to sit down comfortably and there are NO handicap rails of any type to hang on to. I was extremely miserable the whole time and felt like a shut in since I was UNABLE to benefit from any of the amenities. Now turning my attention towards the room. The bathroom IS NOT handicap accessible at all. What they provide to be able to take a shower is a joke. You can't even use the shower chair because the tub is WAY TOO small and unsteady for a 500 pound handicapped guy such as myself. On top of the bathroom really not even being handicap accessible the beds sit WAY TOO LOW to the ground so I cant even get out of bed once I lay down or sit on the side of the bed. Lucky for me I had someone there to help me up off the bed otherwise I'd still be there. When I alerted the front desk staff about all my concerns the old man just stood at the corner of the desk and starred and said nothing while the other guy behind the counter just kept apologizing and becoming really dismissive with my concerns. Neither one of them really acted like they even cared. All in all its not worth what you pay to not be able to use any of the facilities. If you are like me then you should SKIP this place and go find a much more accommodating hotel. THIS HOTEL SUCKS!!!!

"Atrium Inn building was noisy but pretty clean"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5
Reviewed April 20, 2018
Front desk staff was nice. Check in was pretty busy. I didn’t realize I booked for the building adjacent to the main building with the water park. Our room had an adjoining door to the room next door, and we could hear their laughter, conversations and alarm. A room downstairs had a barking dog, but I couldn’t hear it any more when I got in my room. The room is outdated, but I got a good deal. The bed had clean linens. The bathroom area looked nice with cute folded towels. The A/C worked well. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed well....especially around the bed and corners of the room. I’m picky, I guess. We spent about an hour at the water park. You must sign in and out for towels. Then a walk back to the building... The green stairs to the lazy river seem a hazard. We slipped a bit on the steps even being careful. They are coated in water. The water park is fun, though. I’ve stayed in the main building before and had a great visit, so my recommendation would be not to book the Atrium Inn building. I can’t comment on food. We didn’t eat there.
