"Horrible"
May, 2018
Horrible! Went to check in at 7pm and room wasn't ready was told by the guy that looked like some 19yr old kid with a rubber duck tie at the desk that house keeping left early and he'd have to go clean the room. So right before he hands us the key cards rubs the back of his hand across his nose while holding the cards. (That's so disgusting ) Then we come back at 8pm go to the room and there was trash, alcohol bottles everywhere beds not made towels in floor. We go and complain at the desk and we're told oh we told you the wrong room. Then the ice cream maker ,waffle maker and coffee machine are all broken. Which when you go to eat you have to go to a different building. This "hotel" more like crappie motel sucked. I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommended this place to anyone.

"Great stay!"
August, 2016
We enjoyed our first stay at the Camden. Our king room was very clean and quiet with a nice balcony to sit out on. We loved the convenient location to the Tanger Outlet, a short walk if you want to do so. It was also within walking distance to several shows/attractions/restaurants. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the cobbler/cookies, ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate each evening. Coffee is always available in the main lobby, as well. It does have separate buildings you have to go to, but it really wasn't a problem for us. I can see, during bad weather, where it could be. Parking is not the best. But we would definitely stay there again. The Branson Best hotels have always been great for us.

"Best kept secret"

My family stayed in this hotel for one night because another place wasn't availible. We are so happy we did. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located. They also serve cookies and cobbler in the dinning room every night. We will definitely stay there from now on. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be the pool was only 3ft all the way across. But we still enjoyed having an indoor pool.

"Spring break weekend"
March, 2015
the staff is very friendly and they have good breakfast and evening desserts. The pool is nice And is 3ft all around. The rooms are ok, they don't have a refrigerator or microwave inside but very clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. My only complaint is that the parking is limited and everything is in seperate buildings. Where you go to check in that's one building and that has some rooms in it, which is where we stayed, then you have to go to another building for the breakfast and a different one for the pool. They should have made everything in one big building.

"Excellent visit"

We stayed 2 nights and we all thought the room, the bed and facilities were excellent. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and a terrific location to get anywhere you wanted to go. My daughter had a ball in the Nemo themed indoor pool. The pool is only 3 feet deep but it's fine to swim in and perfect for a 4 year old. Breakfast was excellent for a free breakfast with a good assortment of foods. Cobbler, cookies and ice cream after the shows from 9-11 made my daughters vacation. We will be staying again on our next visit.

I never worry about a place to stay whenever I visit Branson-- because I stay here. The rates are competitive, rooms are clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and it is in a phenomenal location. One of my favorite perks is the dessert bar in the evening. It is always nice to know you can have a place to relax and have a treat after a full day.

"7th year staying and just not the same"

My daughter and I have visited this hotel for the last 7 years, sometimes more than once in one year. We have always had a wonderful experience - until this last week. We stay for an entire week for a national pageant. I called the day before check in explaining the need for an early check in. We arrive to check in @ 1p (usual 3p check in) because we had to be dressed (formal) and ready to go by 4p for a special event in town. Not only were we denied a room, but we were told it could be 4p before anyone can get checked in. We had to get ready in the lobby bathroom with constant knocks, even though we explained we needed somewhere to get ready. at 3:50p, I asked one more time before rushing to our event to see if room was ready. I was told No, but then the lady who interrupted (another guest with a large dance group) was allowed access for multiple rooms. I was not happy at all. Granted, we aren't a large group, but I did have this WEEK LONG reservation made months in advance and even called the day before arriving explaining our need. By the time we returned after 10p, I was pushed aside for someone who rudly interrupted us again for a 'quick question' and the lady at the front desk (Judy?) allowed them to (again). Then, she took a phone call with another staff in another building, making us wait. She knew we were there earlier @ 1p and had been waiting all day. She gave us the room key... we finally get a luggage cart and take up to the 3rd floor, only to open up to SOMEONE ELSE's ROOM!!!! Mind you, it was well after 10p by this time and my daughter and I are exhausted and very disappointed in our current service. We had to go all the way to the check in building, leaving our full luggage cart in the hall because it was far too much to carry up and down elevator/buildings... Same lady said hello as if she had never seen us before asking us if checking in.... HELLO?! We just did! With the wrong Room!!! She didn't apologize, and instead, was looking around trying to figure out what she was doing. She then gave us 2 additional keys and didn't even offer an apology. Instead - she asked me for my debit card to swipe and paper to sign. I provided this during my RSVP and I explained that I refuse to go get my wallet which was tucked away in a full luggage cart in a completely different building and would like to get my daughter to bed. She said, I need your car license plate number instead, then with vehicle information. Why didn't she ask for this when we FIRST attempted to check in? FINALLY, around 11p we are in our room and begin unloading luggage. Beds were comfy as we recall and shower pressure is great. The breakfast was not near as nice as years past and the dessert at night has declined much as well. While I was able to get two nights comped, I never received an apology - instead, another employee sharing how she didn't like the lady I mentioned and she isn't competent. She may not be that brilliant, BUT, for other employees to disregard a team member to a paying guest -- NOT professional. I felt bad for Judy at this point. She was nice but not capable of running the front desk, sadly. I didn't like the vibe of other staff and main guy when checking out of no apology, instead of just rolling eyes because of the other staff member I mentioned not doing job well. Instead, it would have been better to, "We appreciate you letting us know and will address it." I didn't need nasty slander remarks -- overall, just not happy compared to great service we used to have. Different people this year as well as housekeeping... sloppy during week and not nice touches as we are used to when staying here. I still gave 3 stars for great location and it is clean and great beds for great sleep. Other than that... disappointed :(

"Awesome hotel"

I used to travel a lot while in the Air Force and have stayed in many hotels throughout my 30-year career. However, this hotel is a gem at a very reasonable price considering you're located within walking distance of many of Branson Missouri's main attractions, including the Tanger Outlet Mall. The staff is overwhelmingly energetic and beyond courteous to all its customers. Though the pool is only 3-feet deep, it's very nice and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. A big plus, for me and many other guests, was the tasty morning breakfast and evening ice cream, coffee, and blackberry/apple cobbler. I definitely left this hotel feeling I gave a fair price for great service, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in before. Bottom Line: I will reserve this hotel again!

"Last Minute Weekend Getaway"

My hubby and I made a last minute decision to head to Branson, MO and stumbled across this little gem. The location is perfect! It's just up the hill (1/4 mile) from Tanger Outlet Mall and right on the strip where all the action is! It is also right on the "blue route" which is a short cut to other attractions in Branson. We were able to make it to our show at Sight & Sound in 7 minutes using this route...which is AWESOME with the summer traffic in Branson. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable with a variety of pillows from firm to soft. It's super hot this time of year in Missouri, so we were pleasantly surprised that the AC was able to keep the room nice and cool. My hubby loved the desserts offered each night from 9-11. They had yummy warm blackberry cobbler, peach cobbler, soft serve ice cream, and cookies. The breakfast was an impressive spread of bacon, sausage, super delicious scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and Belgium waffles.
