"Quiet, Clean, and courtesy staff"
July, 2016
We were pleasantly pleased with how quiet and off the tourist path the location is, but still close to all attractions. We needed help from maintenance once and they were at our cabin within a few minutes and solved the issue. We have rented suites while on vacations before, these cabins are fair better for the price and amount of room.

"Dirty, Dirty, no help!"
June, 2016
First cabin we checked in had dirty panties on mantel, ants and pipe burst upstairs and water leaked downstairs from the ceiling onto the bed(bedding and mattresses soaked) and woke up our 15 month old baby. called front desk 3 times finally showed up 45 minutes later moved us to another cabin which was a downgrade and walked in to find a used bandaid on staircase and food wrappers under coffee table. A/C has been set on 68 and it is not cooling it is currently 77 degrees and is 90+ degrees outside. called maintenance 3 times only to tell us that if it doesn't cool off let us know. we have been waiting for it to cool off since we moved in here at 12:30. there were ants in out first cabin upstairs and ants in the kitchen cabinets downstairs. We are here for a week and the only discount given was 1 night stay refund.
Tip: Dirty cabins, unhelpful staff

"Pleasantly surprised"
August, 2015
My parents treated us to a Silver Dollar City vacation. Several of their grown children and a few grandchildren stayed here and the rest stayed at the hotel across the street. We were pleasantly surprised with the ample room. When all 21 were gathered for evening meals in one of our two cabins, we had plenty of room and had every thing that we needed to be able to cook for such a group. We had several children that bunked upstairs in one of the cabins and they had a blast. They loved SDC but equally loved their loft. They thought it felt like a treehouse. Funny term for them to use. I slept in actual tree houses as a kid and never had one with a bathroom, running water and air conditioning. All in all loved most everything about our stay. We will be going back and we will stay here again.
Tip: Not all main floor bedrooms are kings. Plenty of room for storage. Upstairs bathroom must be accessed through the master bedroom.

"A Hidden Jewel"
July, 2015
We previously stayed here with family when it was a time share, and found that we could return as a nightly rental customer. Both visits were fabulous. Tremendous location near many attractions, but feels like you are away from everything. Super clean cabins, very spacious, full kitchen/living/dining rooms. Screened in porch with hot tub. All for less than a motel room.
Tip: Wait to buy groceries until after check in, as they give you a discount card.

"A Second Home!"
March, 2015
The Cabins at Green Mountain are the best place to stay in Branson! The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The accommodations are wonderful! We have stayed at other cabins in Branson and these truly take the cake. There was so much room in our two bedroom cabin! There are 5 girls within our family and the two bathrooms were A lifesaver. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning and also dinner one night so we didn't have to go out as much. The only disappointment was not getting a hot tub on our back porch. We will be returning and staying at these cabins for all of our future trips!
Tip: The cabins provide everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen...you just bring the food! some of the cabins have hot tubs on their porches but not all. try to request one...the staff tries very hard to accommodate. one downfall...the entire grounds is one way traffic and many people do not abide by those rules!

"Family Fun"
January, 2015
We had a family vacation with our daughter son in law and 2 grandkids 6 and 4. We all had a great time its close to the strip but far away enough to have the feel of the country. My grandson is still asking when we can go and stay there again.

"Awesome Place to Stay"

We are a family of four with a 10 and 13 year old. We have been to Branson many times and stayed many different places. This was the best accommodations we have had. We had a three bedroom cabin, which provided us lots of room. The screened in porch was spacious with a private hot tub we used daily. Everything we neeed in the kitchen. The property is literally right behind the strip, which made it super easy to get to everything. Surprisingly, our cabin was extremely quiet. We loved the convenience combined with the quiet. The nature trail was very short but was beautiful. We would definitely recommend this cabin for spaciousness, convenience, and quiet!

Used a week of timeshare with friends and family and we were so embarrassed. The staff at front office was very warm and welcoming. Downhill from there... I don't mind rustic, but cabin was outdated and very dirty. Under couch and in corners, unbelievable. I don't think hardwood floors were ever mopped. Cob webs and dust on the artificial plants and decor. The furniture was worn and nearly down to bear wood. The six of us had to rotate in chairs to just try to get comfortable. Although this was a 3 bedroom cabin, there was only a couch and one arm chair. We had to dig 2 fold up lawn chairs out of car so we could all sit. We asked ahead of time for six chairs on the screen porch. We were Given 2 rockers, a bench and 2 folding metal chairs! Beds were uncomfortable and ceiling fans sounded as if they were going to fall down. We spent 6 days here, our goal was to have some fun but have lots of time to relax. Unfortunately that was a joke. We couldn't get comfy anywhere in the place. I don't usually complain but as I said this was embarrassing to share this with our friends. Not to mention we used a week of our timeshare vacation. We were in Cabin #1 so I hope these comments will draw enough attention to make improvements and do some cleaning for future guests.

Large 3 bedroom cabin with adequate appointments. The place could actually accommodate 10 adults. Sturdy furniture but the beds were not comfortable and the sofa cushions were fluffy and flat. Cabin has that woodsie feel. Bathrooms have Kelley green sinks, toilets and tubs. We had our 2 dacshunds with us for whom they charged $190 for the week. Located on the west end of town surrounded by trees, which gives you the impression of being very secluded. Staff was super. Crafts were a blast...made a cool charger mantle plate and 8 family picture coasters for about $8 and 2.5 hours of our time. Plan to return in the near future with family members in tow.

Stayed in 2 bedroom cabin. Beds were comfortable. When turned on gas fireplace, a gas smell was very noticeable throughout. Noticed flue was closed up. Loved the porch with the rocking chairs. Hot water in shower didn't last long! Place was clean but did notice a musty smell when first walked in. Also liked not going up stairs to the cabin. Would return in summer if they have cabins that everything is on one floor 2 bedrooms due to young grandchildren age 4 and 2. Stairs pretty steep for them!
