"Quiet, Clean, and courtesy staff"
July, 2016
We were pleasantly pleased with how quiet and off the tourist path the location is, but still close to all attractions. We needed help from maintenance once and they were at our cabin within a few minutes and solved the issue. We have rented suites while on vacations before, these cabins are fair better for the price and amount of room.

"Dirty, Dirty, no help!"
June, 2016
First cabin we checked in had dirty panties on mantel, ants and pipe burst upstairs and water leaked downstairs from the ceiling onto the bed(bedding and mattresses soaked) and woke up our 15 month old baby. called front desk 3 times finally showed up 45 minutes later moved us to another cabin which was a downgrade and walked in to find a used bandaid on staircase and food wrappers under coffee table. A/C has been set on 68 and it is not cooling it is currently 77 degrees and is 90+ degrees outside. called maintenance 3 times only to tell us that if it doesn't cool off let us know. we have been waiting for it to cool off since we moved in here at 12:30. there were ants in out first cabin upstairs and ants in the kitchen cabinets downstairs. We are here for a week and the only discount given was 1 night stay refund.
Tip: Dirty cabins, unhelpful staff

"Pleasantly surprised"
August, 2015
My parents treated us to a Silver Dollar City vacation. Several of their grown children and a few grandchildren stayed here and the rest stayed at the hotel across the street. We were pleasantly surprised with the ample room. When all 21 were gathered for evening meals in one of our two cabins, we had plenty of room and had every thing that we needed to be able to cook for such a group. We had several children that bunked upstairs in one of the cabins and they had a blast. They loved SDC but equally loved their loft. They thought it felt like a treehouse. Funny term for them to use. I slept in actual tree houses as a kid and never had one with a bathroom, running water and air conditioning. All in all loved most everything about our stay. We will be going back and we will stay here again.
Tip: Not all main floor bedrooms are kings. Plenty of room for storage. Upstairs bathroom must be accessed through the master bedroom.

"A Hidden Jewel"
July, 2015
We previously stayed here with family when it was a time share, and found that we could return as a nightly rental customer. Both visits were fabulous. Tremendous location near many attractions, but feels like you are away from everything. Super clean cabins, very spacious, full kitchen/living/dining rooms. Screened in porch with hot tub. All for less than a motel room.
Tip: Wait to buy groceries until after check in, as they give you a discount card.

"A Second Home!"
March, 2015
The Cabins at Green Mountain are the best place to stay in Branson! The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The accommodations are wonderful! We have stayed at other cabins in Branson and these truly take the cake. There was so much room in our two bedroom cabin! There are 5 girls within our family and the two bathrooms were A lifesaver. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning and also dinner one night so we didn't have to go out as much. The only disappointment was not getting a hot tub on our back porch. We will be returning and staying at these cabins for all of our future trips!
Tip: The cabins provide everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen...you just bring the food! some of the cabins have hot tubs on their porches but not all. try to request one...the staff tries very hard to accommodate. one downfall...the entire grounds is one way traffic and many people do not abide by those rules!

My husband and I stayed here in February. We stayed for a 3 day weekend. The cabin is everything you would want it to be. Fireplace, hot tub, comfy beds, kitchen, etc... We really enjoyed it. It is close to the main road, but still private.

We rented a two bedroom unit thru a third party, however the staff was wonderful and treated us so well. Love the privacy of the cabin full of amenities, there is even a washer and dryer in the cabin. Front desk staff so knowlegable of the area and were a great help with directions and suggestions.

Wonderful! The cabin was beautiful, the grounds were immaculate & the staff made us feel like family. Within a few blocks of the Music Strip, Green Mountain made you feel like you were in the country. My favorite attraction besides the Music, was the Butterfly House. Beautiful butterflies & birds; from all over the world will come and set on you. There was even a man playing the dulcimer while we toured the building. Great offer as you pay for one day & get the second one free. There's so much more to offer in the area that we missed. Planning on going back this September & Green Mountain Cabins is where I hope to stay Thank you to the staff at Green Mountain for their help & suggestions

"Upkeed Needed!"

The Cabin is beautiful it’s old and rustic but in need of TLC/upkeep. Upon check-in when I was informed that we had Cabin 1 I did a double-take because I remembered reading a review about Cabin 1 that was not good. I keep my hopes high and I figured that review was in February and where in April. Wow! Was I in for a surprise. When you walk in your like wow this place is great it’s spacious and beautiful. Then all of a sudden a smell hits me it’s coming from the garbage disposal it’s a rotten smell. As I turn on the light by the kitchen I see them, the ants that the reviewer talked about in February! I checked the microwave and it was filthy as I continue to look around I see the toaster and it is full of crumbs, the coffeemaker looks so old and the kitchen towels look over 10 years old. I had informed the front desk about the smell but I couldn’t wait and on our trip to Wal-Mart I purchased a Clorox bottle for a dollar. When we returned to the Cabin I poured some of the Clorox down the disposal drain and the smell was gone. All of this goes back to upkeep, the microwave and toaster should have been cleaned, the smell should have been dealt with and of course the ants. I was not about to call the front desk so that they could fix everything that should have been taken care of before any new vacationers arrived. They have to use a vacuum to clean in between the floor boards there is so much dirt and debris that has accumulated over time. The kitchen towels should have been thrown out and replaced and they should have purchased a new coffeemaker. It’s these little details that make such an impact on quality. If they took the time to clean thoroughly, pay attention to detail this could be an amazing Cabin. Bed sheets where torn, hangers where old, bathtubs needed cleaning, the list goes on. Honestly I think the staff is to laid back and need to be more on updating, maintaining and the cleanliness of each Cabin. Every time cleaning staff goes into each Cabin they should have in the back of their mind if they would be happy with vacationing there with family and friends. If they have any doubts they should fix what they have doubts about. The location of this resort is awesome. Everything is around you. I just wish the Cabin would have been on point. Also we did have a Jacuzzi on the in door porch which my girls loved. They do need to have some information posted about the Jacuzzi because it was turning on all night to clean and regulate itself but we had no idea until we asked.

We went to Branson for our 50th wedding anniversary since we love the Christian atmosphere and of course, the music of the best times of our lives. We stayed at the Cabins at Green Mountain, which, even though it's kind of on the outside of town, it's conveniently close to attractions. But we felt like we were in the woods far away from the hustle and bustle of town. Our favorite room was the screened in back porch where we went to relax between dining and shows. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful - they felt like our friends. We would love to go again and take some of our family.
