"Good place to stay"
December, 2016
We stayed 2 nights in November. Brookwood Inn was very quiet and clean. The hot breakfast was very good and the late night dessert bar with 3 different cobblers was just a bonus. We have stayed in many different hotels in Branson over the past 25 years and this was one of the nicest stays. We had not stayed here before because we usually look for one with an indoor pool and jacuuzi and also prefer the indoor access to the rooms. Would gladly stay here again during warm weather to also make use of the pool.

"Fun in the Sun!"
August, 2016
We stayed at Brookwood Inn in Branson, MO we love staying at this hotel! The staff is so nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean! They will clean and restock your room everyday. The breakfast is great you'll never leave hungry and then to top that off when your day of Fun in the Sun is over you can enjoy cookies, cobbler, and ice cream. The pool was amazing and not at all crowded. We will always chose to stay at Brookwood Inn or one of it's sister hotels.

"Looking for Fall"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed February 17, 2018 NEW
I have wanted to see beautiful Fall foliage and researched that Branson was the place to see it. Unfortunately, we arrived a little too early this year for the full color change (early Oct). However, we were not disappointed in our choice of lodging with Brookwood Inn. After many months of reading reviews and watching prices, I decided I wanted to spend a little more on activities and not so much on a place to sleep. The great reviews were right on. I have stayed in places newer, fancier, much more expensive, that I would rate a zero based on the cleanliness and staff. This property is older, but well taken care of. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a recliner (which is probably a nice feature for the older customers). We were on the 3rd floor, which is actually the 2nd floor from the back parking lot and overlooks a fun miniature golf course. The best part is we could walk right into the breakfast/dessert lounge. The self serve breakfast had fresh donuts, cereal, a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, bread and bagels for toasting, milk, apple & orange juice & coffee. The nightly dessert was the cause of my pants fitting a little more snug when I left Branson! The hot cobblers, cookies and ice cream were so wonderful to end the evening. We were there all times from 8:50, 9, 9:30, even 10:50 and there was always dessert available. During peak season might be a little different or at least maybe a longer line. Feel free to take your cards, dominoes or book to the lounge and hang out, we saw a group of sisters playing cards every night. The location is quiet and makes for easy travel off of the main road and out of the traffic. While we were there, they were shampooing carpets in rooms and replacing all bed pillows with new ones. Our plan was to stay Sat-Wed and then travel to TN and stay a night there. I just didn't find anything with the same reviews in this price that made it worth the risk to leave a place we felt so comfortable. So we added an extra night. The front desk was great in helping with us make this arrangement via TripAdvisor. We would absolutely stay here on another visit to Branson and recommend this to anyone that is not looking for all the glitz and glamour. Thank you Brookwood Inn, management and staff for offering the kind of hospitality that used to be the standard, but is now lost with most of the new generation Hotel and Resort style accommodations.

"Pleasantly surprised!"

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay here. I don't typically like to stay at motels with outside entrances because honestly, they seem a little unsafe and I have generally found them to seem less clean. I was looking for somewhere a little less expensive as I was just on a quick overnight trip checking out colleges/the area with my son. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and I felt safe here. The staff was very friendly. AND who offers a nighttime dessert as well as a hot breakfast in a comfortable environment?! I will be back!

The room was clean, but a bit humid. The free hot breakfast and night-time snacks were all good, but the dining area was a challenge to get to and definitely not handicapped accessible. All of the staff were very friendly.

"Impressed!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

It was our first visit to Branson and so we didn’t know what to expect but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. And the Brookwood Inn was certainly part of our pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with FOUR SUPER FLUFFY PILLOWS per queen size bed. There was a DESK and FRIDGE... but NO MICROWAVE... the housekeeping staff did a superb job each of the 3 days we were there... (we did leave them a $1-2 tip each day) The breakfast was adequate... pretty standard fare of powdered eggs, biscuits/gravy, waffles, cereal etc and the evening snack was okay too with ice cream and sweet treats. BUT WHAT IMPRESSED ME THE MOST was that our room was to have originally been on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator which would have meant dragging my plus size middle-ages body up 3 flights of stairs each time I️ went in and out of the room. With it being a busy Thanksgiving weekend they were booked... yet when I️ explained my plight to the hotel clerk he was able to give us a room on the second floor that could be accessed on the back-side of the hotel which is elevated b/c of the landscape so I️ didn’t have to navigate any stairs going in and out of my room! I️ was also thrilled to see an open GIDEON BIBLE in the room!!
