"Nothing fancy"
July, 2016
If your looking for a decent place to stay, nothing fancy, then this is the place for you. We were on the side facing the highway so it was noisy. It was clean. Staff was nice, had no issues.
Tip: Outdated and super thin towels.

"Had bugs in our room HOTEL TOOK BACK REFUND"
August, 2015
Had a terrible experience here. We loved our room and the staff were very helpful until we had issues. We were on our honeymoon and we had bugs in our room which led to more sever issues, and we got a partial refund from the hotel. But then they took it right back out of our account!!! Thankfully the booking site was kind enough to cover the costs. Became a very expensive trip. Will never stay there again.
Tip: Bugs in room, Staff Takes Back Money

"Just a room."
March, 2015
The room was adequate. The bed was comfortable, however there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the breakfast should not be a consideration if you are considering a stay here. The breakfast was not very good, in my daughter's words, "tasted like cardboard".
Tip: It's a room with a bed.

"Worst and nastiest place to stay"

Thier website is a complete lie .. we paid for 2 nights for 167 bucks .. I'm thinking wow it looks nice !! Wrong I had my 3 year old with me .. we walked in and was so disgusted .. first of all the door looked so dirty and prob kicked in a few times . The beds were so low and springy and old . My daughter almost hit the floor trying to sit on it .. the nasty damp faded outdated and stained carpet.. it was like from a hoarders house the smell was moldy ...I wouldn't let my grandbaby touch anything the chairs were all stained up .. it was so dirty .. I've stayed in many inns in Branson this was a joke .. please stay away from this place .. u might catch a disease .. we immediately wanted our money back but they had to come to the room and see what we were talking about .. .. but would only refund one night .. please find another place .. I can't stress enough how gross this place was ..

First off, the Foreigner working the office and phones can't speak or understand English. Second, The rooms are not up dated what so ever. We had a discolored 26"? Boob tub tv 📺. Third, looked like someone kicked in our door and wasn't to comfortable sleeping. Forth, the breakfast sucked!! I'll leave it at that. Keep on looking 👀.

"Why does it have to be so difficult"
TripAdvisor user rating 2 out of 5
Reviewed April 23, 2017
Why does it have to be so difficult to check in at places you have reservations. We got to the inn and it took 10 minutes to get checked, no one else was there! First couldn't find our reservation, once she did she demanded to charge our card again for the room. Even though we told her and ahowed her the reservation was already paid. Sad thing is we wanted to see if we could upgrade our reservation to a king but because of the language barrier-it wasn't worth the hassle! The room was ok but you could tell someone had smoked in it. The worst part was the bed, super super soft! Next morning got up to get something for breakfast. They had opened packages of little debbie zebra cakes, honey buns, cereal, biscuits/gravy and bread for toast. Sorry but better off to pay a little more for someplace nicer as well as where you can actually talk to the desk clerk.
