"Nice Location"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

My family and I stayed at this location the weekend of June 8th. We rented a cabin for a three night stay. I must say that the location was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback I had was the cabin we stayed in. It was a very nice cabin, but the temperature inside was uncomfortable. Luckily we brought a couple of portable fans. There was an AC unit that blew cool air, but for some reason it do not cool the cabin down. I don't know if it was the location of the AC unit (it was on the floor), but our cabin had a hard time getting cooled during the day and evening hours. Other KOA locations I have stayed at did not have this issue, so I was a bit disappointed. Again, the location was great, the campground was very nice, the employees were awesome, and my daughter had a blast in the pool. She loved the slide.

"Good but pay for the more expensive sites"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

We stayed for four nights and it worked well for us. The cheaper sites a very, very small so pay for the "premium" sites of you want to be able to comfortably walk between your camper and the others beside you. If they eliminated just a few sites they could make them a little larger. I guess we're just spoiled by staying in army corps of engineers campgrounds. I kept the rating at four out of five because everyone was very nice and helpful.

I must say this KOA is pretty big, but we were packed in there like sardines. We barely had room for chairs to sit on outside. There wasn’t a fire pit or area for a grill. We were in site 90 and they all seem pretty similar in that area. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the people were very nice. The pool was a lot of fun but very small for the amount of people this place has.

Do not go by gps if coming from South. Good park but hilly. Good WiFi and power. Level sites if you choose premium. Free pancakes each morning. Dog park, swimming pool and playground for kids. Not much grass for the dogs at the sites

"A OK!"

Wasn’t terribly impressed with our site. It was a bit small and we reserved one large enough for a 32 ft travel trailer. Kinda tight getting in also. With that said most sites do have some shade, water pressure is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The park is just off the Hwy 76 strip making it convenient to all the attractions.
