"Very friendly staff."
August, 2016
We had a nice room that was comfortable despite the heat wave. The housekeeping staff was great and they were very gracious.
Tip: It is a bit hard to find if you don't know where it is. You can easily drive by the street. The location is great. It is right between two traffic relief routes.

"Great place to be in Branson"
October, 2015
My wife and I chose Barrington because it was close to where we wanted to be, but we will chose it next time we go because it is a very nice and secluded spot to relax and enjoy. Staff is very friendly and helpful with all your needs and wants. Room was great, food was good and the company was awesome. Love you, Babe.
Tip: It maybe a little off the main drag of Branson, but I like that. Nice place to enjoy.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Barrington. It is off the beaten path and very quiet, yet close enough to everything we need. The staff is friendly, the accomadations a very nice and we have enjoyed our visit both time. We probably stay there our next trip.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast- eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh cinnamon rolls plus basic cereal and bagels. Hotel has a swimming pool and hot tub.
Tip: Thin walls kind of noisy 1st night, but overall good

"Great visit at Barrington Hotel & Suites"
February, 2015
The Barirngton is a very nice place to stay while in Branson. Everything was clean and well maintained and had a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Tip: Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that breakfast area seemed cramped. (occupied by busload of tourists)

My husband and I recently stayed at Barrington Hotel and Suites for the second year year in a row. The first experience was great, which is why returned. Unfortunately this year's stay wasn't great, and what really ruined it for us was having our account charged twice. For convenience, we purchased Silver Dollar City tickets from the front desk of the hotel. A few days after we checked out my husband was going over our banking information, and discovered that our account was charged twice for the SDC tickets. He immediately contacted the hotel to alert them of the error, and was advised by the person who answered the phone that they would speak with their manager, and then my husband would get a returned call. Our money was refunded the following day, but no one ever called back to advise what occurred, or to apologize. It would have been a simple gesture, but would have had a big impact. To me, it's as if what happened wasn't a big deal. I even chalked up the lack of response to the fact that it was Thanksgiving week, but over a week later, still nothing. I don't know if it was a scam thinking we wouldn't notice, or what. Thankfully we had money in our account to cover the extra funds being removed, but it was still frustrating...especially during the week of one of the biggest shopping days of the year. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in Branson, so I would expect better customer service for a situation like this. One positive that I will note is that the woman who was working the front desk at night did a fabulous job, despite being the only one up front during a very, very busy evening. She remained calm, and was still smiling and very friendly to each guest. I likely will not be returning to this hotel, nor would I recommend it without reservation.

Running behind for a wedding, GPS not working, checked in and needed directions to the wedding, staff did not know where the destination was but wait, there was Katie, she went to the Internet and printed out route instructions. Room was great at a fair price. Clean! Staff was great! Upon checking out elevator was down, that's ok I needed the exercise. Recommend and would stay again.

This was my second stay at the Barrington. Both times we have been very satisfied with them. The breakfast is on the 3rd floor and is great, they have 3 ladies cleaning tables and keeping food stocked. The room is always very full but they have another room on the second floor that you can go to for extra seating. The only minus I would comment on is the mattress edge is really broke down and you feel like your going to roll out of bed if you get close to the edge. So with queen size beds it gets rather close trying to stay in the middle when you're sharing a bed. We got to the hotel a little too early so we could not check in yet but I told the girl we would go do something else for a while and then come back. We would need some extra towels and 2 extra pillows. When we checked in they were there, very nice service. The location is easily accessible and off of the very busy main strip. Quiet area.

The Barrington is an older building, but it is "off the beaten path",so the traffic issues that you experience on the strip are not a problem. The hotel is "homey" and welcoming, and is very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and courteous. The beds are comfortable. The prices are very reasonable.

I'd recommend starting at this hotel in Branson. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and they offered a delicious breakfast with lots of choices. At this location, we were close to many places in the area (Sight and Sound Theater, Silver Dollar City, and the Landing). I would definitely stay here again.
