The room was ok, needs updating. The carpet had a stain or two and the air conditioner unit had a problem, but overall it was clean enough and fit our needs. The beds were not comfortable at all and the bathrooms are extremely small. No counter space to put anything. The breakfast was good and they had plenty. The staff was friendly. It was quiet and easy to get to and from.
After a terrible experience at Stone Castle in Branson, we were left searching at 2am Christmas Day, for accommodation for 22. I called this hotel and explained in full detail our needs. They got us 6 rooms immediately and the rest of our remaining 3 days were wonderful. The rooms were superb. Very clean and roomy. Bathrooms were large. The staff was just amazing. As I stated before we were traveling with 22 people and we had zero issues with this hotel. The breakfast is listed as continental but it
The staff is so nice! Great breakfast. Better than others. Biscuts and gravy were very good. The kids loved the pool and breafast. The wifi was great. My family was accommodated at 3 oclock in the morning no questions asked. There were 22 of us. We just had horrible experience at a different hotel. We loved Barrington. Thank you Barrington! And Staff. We will definitely be back!

We were going to stay at Twelve Oaks Inn because it has better reviews than the Barrington and is a little less expensive. But the Barrington advertised they had an indoor pool. As we were traveling with 5 kids we decided to give the Barrington a try. Before we booked the rooms I called and asked if the pool would be open and was told it would be. This is the only reason we booked the Barrington. We traveled 8 hours to get to Branson. We were traveling with 5 children under the age of 18 and all were looking forward to using the pool that evening. But when we arrived we found the pool closed. I complained to the front desk clerk and was told the pool would reopen the next day. As we were scheduled to enter Silver Dollar City the next day the pool ended up not being an option. When we arrived back at the hotel that next night everyone was so tired we sent straight to bed. If I had known the pool would not be available when we arrived I would have booked the Twelve Oaks Inn, which had better ratings and was less expensive than the Barrington. As I have said, the only reason for booking the Barrington was for the indoor pool. When we entered our rooms the first evening the FREE WIFI would not work. I called to the front desk and the lady said they would work on getting it repaired. We did not get internet until the next day. I feel we did not come close to getting our moneys worth and I am really upset with the Barrington management for lying to us about the pool. They should have offered us a discount for the day we arrived since they knew the pool would not be available to us that first evening and there was no WiFi. We will be returning to Branson this summer and we will be using the Twelve Oaks Inn, not the Barrington. By the way, why don't you fix your sign. It reads Barringto at night when the sign is lit. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.
