Very great value for your money. Rooms were very clean. Pool was very clean. Loved that breakfast was made every morning and while I was down there eating staff was constantly rotating out the food and throwing old away and putting fresh in. Staff was beyond friendly. Rooms were spacious. Made you feel like you were at home. I would defiantly come back in the near future. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!!
Great stop for quick trip. We usually go for a cabin or condo but this was quick shopping trip on the 4th of July. Prices were very reasonable with indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast included hot choices daily and plenty of food. Rooms clean. Property is close to everything and easy to get in and out of a big plus in Branson traffic. Nothing fancy just clean comfortable lodging with very friendly staff. A plus we could see fireworks from the balcony! Didnt have to fight traffic and crowds.
We love this hotel. Have stayed here several times. The kids loove the indoor pool.... People are nice, safe place, the breakfast is very good, eggs, gravy, biscuits, boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, and more. Not on the busy strip but close to it.
My family reserved 4 rooms over the Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel. All of us have stayed there on prior occasions and while it’s not always the most up to date hotel in town it is always clean and has a reasonable rate. This time we had a few issues that made me question the upkeep that is happening here. Upon check in the keys didn’t work for 1 of the rooms, not a big deal; ran back and got it fixed in a jiffy. After we were able to get into the room we noticed that several of our outlets were not working – kids immediately tried to charge some electronics again not a big deal. The fridge didn’t seem that cool, but again not a big deal as we just had a few drinks to store in there. We all unpacked and went about out plans for the day. When we all arrived back on the first night 2 of our rooms felt like the heat was not as warm as it could be but it was doable and nothing to complain about. The next day we all again went about our business and didn’t get back to the hotel until late in the evening. Immediately we noticed in our room that the heat was not working; cranked all the way up it was still blowing a/c. I called the front desk and I will give kudos to the front desk person that said she would call maintenance and see how long it would take to have them come up and she offered us a different room. We declined the new room as it was already after 10 and with 2 kids that were worn out on our last night there it didn’t seem the best idea to go packing and dragging everything out in the rainy cold just to repack in the morning. Maintenance was over 45 minutes away from the property so a fix for that night wasn’t going to happen. We asked for extra blankets and at least received 2 to help. Thankfully we didn’t have a room on the end of a building so we were able to stay warm enough after we turned off faulty heating unit. Breakfast was sadder there than we remembered in the past; all 4 of our rooms declined to eat there aside from coffee and went out for breakfast in the mornings – this is not normal for us as we are usually able to find something to our liking. Plus the breakfast ending at 9:30 on a weekend is a bit early – 10 would have been more convenient. Upon check out I reminded Dolly, manager that our heat was not working in our room and they should have someone look into it. She was working on printing out our paperwork and didn’t really even acknowledge what I was saying; a simple apology for the inconveniences would have sufficed. Personally before staying here again I would have to know that some up keep has taken place to the rooms to ensure some of the basic electrical items are working.
