The Branson Windmill Inn in Branson, Missouri is located in a great location on Hwy. 76, otherwise known as the Branson Strip. The hotel is themed in a Dutch Country style, complete with windmills. There are a lot of rooms at this property, a total of 328, and the amenities and access points vary from building to building.

Key to the property, though, is its doubling of amenities due to its large size. There are two breakfast rooms, one for the upper buildings and one for the lower, both serving hot items. There are also two pools, with the outdoor pool located near the lobby and the indoor pool located in a building on the main grounds. The indoor pool was very refreshing and was well taken care of. The only downside to the layout of the property is the sloping hill on which the property resides. It can be somewhat of an inconvenience, but then again, hills are just a regular part of Branson, Missouri.

The Branson Windmill Inn offers a wide variety of rooms, including Jacuzzi Suites, Family Suites and Double Queen rooms. Their price is appealing to money-minded travelers, while their amenities and décor are standard. The televisions could be updated, as could the bedding, but fridges and microwaves are found in most rooms, which is appealing. I would suggest this property for visitors who would like to spend money on activities rather than lodging. Plus, the Family Suite is really beneficial for families, as it is divided and offers two separate bedrooms for privacy.

This Branson property is a good bet for travelers on a budget or with children.
