I have to admit I was skeptical when my daughter, who is nine, mentioned wanting to check this place out. I went along with her idea though since it was both of our vacation. I'm so glad I did, as we had a blast!!! I loved telling her stories about some of the toys we saw that I played with when I was a kid. She enjoyed taking pictures of many of the toys to show her other family members who were not with us on the trip. It was a good two hours of our time well spent!

There are literally millions of toys here, but for us personally is was like too Much fit into one place and as a result you really aren’t able to enjoy what all is’s almost an overload of what is on display...

This place will have you walking down memory lane. Cant remember how many times I said, “I had that toy!” Many rooms and nicely organized. The 50’s room(s) were nicely put together and really cool to look at. The only thing I wish they had, was more expanations or history of the toys..maybe some values on some of the rarest toys would be cool too. Well worth the visit and one of the better museums I have been to.

Being Christmas and a toys, I thought my girls would really like this, but they weren't that into it. They did enjoy the interactive parts. Their favorite part was the gift shop. lol I enjoyed it more than they did and I think my mom and dad (60-70+) age range would enjoy it. There are a LOT of toys and the donated collections are kept together. Does seem like it could be organized a little bit better(?) All in all, I enjoyed it and seeing toys that were popular when I was a child and even some that have made a comeback in recent years. The running train part was broke the day we went so we did not get to see that. It's too much to see at once. Your wrist band is good all day so we went to lunch and then went back to another part of it. There are three buildings full with three separate entrances.
