Booked thru Reserve Branson without a hitch at time of check in. Really did not know what to expect and found it truly enjoyable. Staff did a great job of getting my son and I familiar with the machines before we went onto the course. Wished I had one at home!

"Never rode a Segway? You gotta try it!"
July, 2016
Friendly staff gave good instructions and were patient with me learning. Takes a little getting used to but after a few minutes of the training, I got the hang of it pretty easily. My husband and daughter (17 yrs) also. After the initial 10 minutes of training, we rode the track with guidance of the staff member who rode the track with us. Any questions or help were promptly addressed. We chose the 15 minute ride option and that was enough for us. When time was up, I was ready. Training time does NOT count as ride time, so actual on Segway time was about 25-30 minutes. It got a little boring riding the same track around but it was good to learn on and know if a longer tour at another site was something we wanted to do. We all agreed it was a good learning experience. If you have ever been interested in trying to ride a Segway, this is the place to start.

"Super Easy Activity For Anyone To Learn!!"
January, 2015
I was very nervous about trying this activity since I do not have good balance when it comes to this stuff at all! However, the instructors were very friendly and talked you through every step. They set your Segway on a low setting so that you cannot go out of control at the beginning. Once you get the hang of it they turn up the speed and you can really race through the course. I do wish the course was a little bigger, but it was very user friendly and I am excited to go back and try this activity again.

We took kids 9, 11, and 12 to Branson Segway along with a senior citizen to ride and they all loved it! The instructor was excellent at explaining how to operate the machine. And they have a special track to ride on, no cars or pedestrians to worry about. They also make sure you know how to ride safely at 7 mph before the Segway is adjusted to go 12 mph. It was The Best experience!!!

Service was great! None of us 7 had done it before and all learned there with wonderful instructors! They worked with all of our skill levels, some of us picked up faster than others but they were very good at helping everyone. They also had a great family atmosphere and great music playing while you were on the track!
