"Ask the Ferris Wheel to stop when boarding!"
May, 2018 NEW
My elderly mother almost got seriously hurt because the staff did not stop the Ferris Wheel for her to board; even though we asked several times. I heard back from the HR director and it is there policy to stop the ride when people need additional time boarding and she was going to retrain the staff. If you have small children or elderly family members ask the staff to stop the ride to ensure no one gets hurt while boarding.

Tip: If you have an issue with the ride the HR director will do what she can to resolve the issue

The Ferris Wheel was nice and relaxing (at dusk is best). You get a great 360 view of the strip. The attendants let you go around twice, if you want - bonus.

We decided to ride the Ferris wheel on our 3rd anniversary. Its a slow moving ride so you hop on and hop off. Since it was so slow they let us go around for a 2nd turn, thanks girls. Before getting on they take your photo. So can see pretty far.
