"Fun activity for all ages"

We took our 3 year old son to see the butterflies at the palace. You are given containers of sweet butterfly food which attracts the beautiful creatures. My son thought that was so fun until one landed on his shirt. He was not so sure what to do when that happened. :)

The Rainforest Science Center was educational. He enjoys seeing and learning about different living things.

"Awesome!"

This was a special place in which we took our granddaughters. They had fun doing the bamboo maze. Then we went into the butterfly area. At first they were scared of the butterflies landing on them on the nectar, but as time progressed they warmed up. It was beautiful and even us adults had a blast. Such beautiful butterflies with exquisite colors. Would highly recommend. There is no time limit as to how long you stay with the butterflies. We also stayed and participated in the release of new butterflies.

The Butterfly Palace was a perfect place to take our 7-year-old granddaughter. We all enjoyed the amazing beautifully colored butterflies fluttering about, landing to sip nectar, the birds singing in the tree branches overhead and gorgeous orchids.
Plus the online reservation and voucher process went perfectly?! Better than Expedia

"Family Favorite"

This is one of my daughter's favorite places in Branson. If you enjoy photography, prepare to spend some time in the live butterfly portion of the palace. The Butterfly Palace is also beautiful during the Christmas season and includes "living" angel statues, poinsettia trees, and all-white butterflies.

"Wonderful education! Very ADA friendly!"

Take the time to visit this fine, educational exhibition of butterflies. The educational program prior to going in with the butterflies is wonderful. It is interesting to see how we are on our way to destroying our environment. The lack of milkweed and pesticides are slowly taking a toll. The sanctuary were the butterflies are is wonderful and guides do a great job of explaining the difference between the butterflies. One can rent a scooter for very little cost and it was well worth it. RRR

"Beautiful!"

We had a very enjoyable time at the Butterfly Palace. There are a good variety of butterflies from all over the world and the aviary itself is full of beautiful, tropical plants. Staff was knowledgeable and we learned a lot! We were there for the butterfly release, which was a lot of fun! We spent 2 hrs here, which I though was sufficient for touring the aviary and the small (but interesting) reptile museum. This also allowed time for my grandson to do the mirror maze a couple of times. Because of the price, I am deducting one star off my review. I feel like if they lowered their price by even $5 they might bring in higher numbers of customers (especially repeat customers) and make more money in the long term to support the purchase of new butterflies - butterfly life span is short so there is a constant need to purchase more. With all this said, I'm glad we spent the money to visit once, but, because of the price, we would not be repeat customers.

Learned a lot about butterflies species and life cycle. Aviary was such fun for us adults as well as 4 and 3 yr olds. Nectar tubes and magnifying glasses little ones can use to attract and see butterflies up close. Good movie on migration of butterflies. Very good gift shop.

This was the highlight of our trip to Branson. I had to drag my new husband there, but he eagerly went back. The wrist band is good for 3 days, which is a great deal. On our first trip there were very few children, bit when we went back, with lots of children around, the aviary was still very peaceful. The butterflies will land on you and the nectar flower they provide for free. Super cool. The Emerald mirror maze was fun. The gift shop has lots of beautiful things. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
