"Awesome!"
June, 2016
This was a special place in which we took our granddaughters. They had fun doing the bamboo maze. Then we went into the butterfly area. At first they were scared of the butterflies landing on them on the nectar, but as time progressed they warmed up. It was beautiful and even us adults had a blast. Such beautiful butterflies with exquisite colors. Would highly recommend. There is no time limit as to how long you stay with the butterflies. We also stayed and participated in the release of new butterflies.
Tip: Be aware the area where the butterflies are is not air conditioned. It is very hot and humid inside.

"Butterfly Palace - Wings of Wonderful!"
June, 2016
The Butterfly Palace was a perfect place to take our 7-year-old granddaughter. We all enjoyed the amazing beautifully colored butterflies fluttering about, landing to sip nectar, the birds singing in the tree branches overhead and gorgeous orchids.
Plus the online reservation and voucher process went perfectly?! Better than Expedia
Tip: Get there at least an hour or more before they close.

"Family Favorite"

This is one of my daughter's favorite places in Branson. If you enjoy photography, prepare to spend some time in the live butterfly portion of the palace. The Butterfly Palace is also beautiful during the Christmas season and includes "living" angel statues, poinsettia trees, and all-white butterflies.
Tip: Call ahead to see when they will be releasing butterflies. They allow visitors to help release butterflies for their "maiden" flights.

"Beautiful butterflies!"

Our family of 11 went to the Butterfly Palace. My husband and I and 3 of our grandkids (age 6-10) enjoyed it the most. We could have stayed there for hours. It's very humid and warm inside the garden, so dress lightly. There is a neat mirror room walk that everyone enjoyed and a walk through a rope (simulating bamboo) forest. Everyone enjoyed that. My grandson even had a butterfly land on his face. They were thrilled. The nectar flowers made it easy to attract the butterflies and get a closer look at them. I wish there had been a larger variety of butterflies but what they had were beautiful!

I saw this on a brochure, and thought this would be perfect for me and my mom, as we love nature. The price was a little high, but not too bad. We loved the butterfly exhibit, as the butterflies are flying around. You are given a vile of nectar, and you can watch as butterflies come to drink it, getting up close and personal. It was amazing to walk around, but you have to be careful where you walk as to not step on them. The mirror maze was awesome! We had so much fun walking through, and then backtracked, and it was so much fun! Wonderful adventure for young and old!

"Even codgers will smile!"

The most calming, peaceful place in Branson! Even the crankiest, meanest, hateful old codger/hag in your group will leave with a smile on their face. Keep your arm band on because it is good for 3 days and you WILL end up wanting to go back. Your kids will want to stay for hours so be prepared. The mirror maze is fun, even if you are claustrophic or have anxiety. Just keep your hands out in front of you :) They have a young man who does face painting for $5 and he does a lovely job! There is a gift shop with something for every budget, which is nice since you don't have to fight the kiddos to stay within your spending limits. Wear either red, orange, or pink for the most butterfly attraction. Bright blues, purples, and greens will attract them but not as much. Take your camera and enjoy!

I have a 6 and 5 year old who had a blast. There is a pretty cool mirror maze and a small reptile enclosure included with the butterfly exhibit. The kids were able to feed and release butterflies. The entry fee is minimal and is a three day anytime pass. We went back 2 of the 3 days.

"Best thing we did in Branson!"

Yes, it is hot in the butterfly room, but it's for the butterflies. Seeing all the beautiful butterflies was one thing, but getting to interact with them is a whole other thing. Seeing my daughter have a bright blue butterfly land on her arm and seeing the amazement in her eyes was well worth it. Plus the price is for three days of admission.
